The Giliola Gamberini Award was promoted by Centro di Visualizzazione Biomedica (formerly Scuola Superiore di Disegno Anatomico of Bologna University) and by AEIMS (Association Européenne des Illustrateurs Médicaux et Scientiques). The 2015 competition topic was the “Musculoskeletal Illustrative View”. Our 3D illustration wants to show the musculoskeletal structure of the hand and forearm. The illustration was exhibited at the “Luigi Cattaneo” Anatomical Wax Museum in Bologna in April 2015 and printed in the competition catalogue.
